HIDDEN BEACH RECORDINGS – “Unwrapped Vol.5”

Hidden Beach Recordings, home of Jill Scott, Mike Phillips and Cornel West (to name a few), prepares to release their next hip-hop/jazz hybrid series of Unwrapped™ on June 24th, 2008, titled: Unwrapped™ Vol. 5.0 - THE COLLIPARK CAFÉ SESSIONS. This new addition to the popular series focuses on an “exciting and inventive contemporary jazz collection of southern hip-hop’s club-ready singles that have been etch into pop culture”, states Joe Wiggins. The first focus track is ‘Get Low’; a jazzy rendition of the smash hit by Lil Jon and East Side Boyz. When we received ‘Get Low’, the Open Music Wire staff felt that Internet radio and podcasts should check it out for program consideration on Urban/Rhythmic, Mix Show and Crossover formats. The radio version is ready for download.
