Song Upload

If you’re an artist or label that has not signed up with Open Music Wire yet, please visit the sign up page and register yourself and/or company, and titles of choice, in order to agree to the Open Music Agreement terms before uploading your chosen song(s).

Before you can upload any music, you must own and/or control the Sound Recording and Composition, as per to the Open Music Agreement terms. Please read the below Music Upload Guidelines before proceeding:

NOTE - Your song will be automatically DELETED if you do not follow each guideline below:

Music Upload Guidelines:

  • Each MP3 file must have applicable Meta Data tagged in order to ID the following content owner information: (1) Artist/Band Name, (2) Label, (3) Track Title, (4) Album Title, and (5) Release Date.
  • MP3 Files should be saved by Artist_Name-Record_Label-Track_Title.mp3, for example: (Michael_Paige-Astrum_Records-For_You.mp3)
  • Do not use any of these characters <[{/|\}]> in your MP3 song file, since our system will not allow the music review team to listen to your track if used.
  • MP3 files must be uploaded at 256kbps.
  • You can only upload MP3 files up to 10 MB at this time.
  • You are only able to upload one song at a time.
  • Upload only (3) songs, individually agreeing to the Open Music Agreement terms, for music review consideration. 

By uploading your chosen song, you have acknowledged and agreed to the Open Music Agreement terms.

Info/Guidelines
After you have clicked the “Start Upload” button, your MP3 file will begin to be uploaded. You will know it has been completely uploaded once the loading bar on your browser has reached full and the file text box becomes blank again. You will be redirected to this page again to upload your second song of choice.
